Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many invoices you make.
Do you store my invoice data?
No. The invoice is built in your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers. A draft is kept in your own browser's storage so you can return to it, and Start over clears it.
How do I save the invoice as a PDF?
Press Download PDF. In the print window that opens, choose Save as PDF as the destination. Turn off headers and footers for the cleanest result.
What should an invoice include?
Your business name and contact details, the client's name, a unique invoice number, the issue and due dates, a description of each item with quantity and price, any tax, the total, and how to pay you. Some countries require extra details, such as a tax registration number. Check the rules where you operate.
Can I add tax?
Yes. Set a tax label (VAT, GST, Sales tax) and a rate, and the tax and total are worked out for you.
Can Kanakku send and track the invoice for me?
